    3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

    Life gets busy, as you know, which is why we love quick and easy recipes! Today we have another good one to share with you. It is a cookie recipe that only uses 3 ingredients, which you likely already have on hand. With only 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 large egg, you can bake these delicious peanut butter cookies for a quick dessert. It is so simple to measure the ingredients, mix them together, roll into balls, add a criss-cross pattern, and bake them on a pan with parchment at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yes, that's it!

    The ingredients of this recipe are gluten-free. The peanut butter does contain peanuts, but you could use another nut-butter if you'd prefer the taste of almonds or cashews.
