It is a cookie recipe that only uses 3 ingredients, which you likely already have on hand. With only 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 large egg, you can bake these delicious peanut butter cookies for a quick dessert. It is so simple to measure the ingredients, mix them together, roll into balls, add a criss-cross pattern, and bake them on a pan with parchment at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yes, that's it!

    The ingredients of this recipe are gluten-free. The peanut butter does contain peanuts, but you could use another nut-butter if you'd prefer the taste of almonds or cashews.
