Christian Cards and Gifts is a gift and card shop that specializes in religious gifts and inspirational greeting cards.
Most orders will arrive in 3-5 business days after it has been shipped (5-7 days for West Coast addresses). We try to ship orders out within one business day via USPS Ground Advantage. You should receive a tracking email (check your spam folder if you cannot find the email, or contact us). There is a $5 flat rate shipping fee which includes USPS tracking. Please verify that you've entered the correct shipping address. (See additional shipping information below.)
We do our best to promptly fulfill your order and get it to USPS by the next business day. Once the package is with USPS we cannot control how fast they move it along in transit. Unfortunately, they occasionally take longer than estimated. Please follow the tracking number we email to you (check your spam if you don't see the email in your inbox) to know when to expect your package.
Policies, Returns, and Important Shipping Information (read all):Refunds: Please contact us right away if your item is defective beyond the item's description on our website. We will replace or refund defective items. If something is damaged in transit, you may submit a claim with USPS for insured packages. We typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage which includes shipping insurance. We do not offer refunds on our non-defective products.
We DO strive to make our customers happy, so if there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we may try to resolve the matter fairly, possibly through a credit or exchange. This option is available if an item did not arrive as ordered (and it was sent to a valid address provided by you), for example, or if an item you ordered is out of stock. This is a small business, family-run, and we'd appreciate you communicating with us directly if any issues arise. It is best (and quickest) for both you and us if you request a refund through us, NOT the credit card company. *We will not offer refunds for items that you decide you no longer want, following a completed order. So please make sure you order items that you will be happy to receive. **We send packages to the exact shipping address you enter at checkout. We are not liable for any incorrect information submitted by you. If the address you enter is invalid, you will incur all associated fees that are added onto the package by USPS for un-deliverable packages.
